Brampton North Nissan is seeking a Service Concierge to join our dynamic team in Ontario. You will greet customers, tag and park service vehicles, and assist with basic vehicle washing while maintaining a clean drive-thru and parking area.

You should hold a post-secondary degree or diploma, have a valid Ontario G license, be comfortable with frequent customer interaction, and able to work Saturdays. We offer competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma.
• Must be available to work on Saturdays.
• Valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Merchandising experience is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers.
• Tagging and parking service vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
• Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
• Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
• Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships
• Other duties as assigned by management
