Job summary

Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of Performance Auto Group, is searching for a Service Concierge to join our Brampton service team. You will greet customers, park and tag vehicles, assist with drive-thru, and provide valet service to keep operations smooth and professional.

Success requires a post-secondary degree or diploma, a valid Ontario G license with a clean record, and outstanding customer service and written/verbal communication. Merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers.
• Tagging and parking service vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
• Conducting free alignment inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
• Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
• Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license with a clean driving record

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Merchandising experience is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $19.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
