Performance Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Mazda of Brampton in Brampton, ON. This role involves reviewing maintenance needs, communicating with customers, and coordinating with technicians to deliver quality service.

The candidate should have Mazda experience, strong customer focus, and solid computer skills. The position offers full-time permanent work with opportunities for career growth within a large automotive group across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario driver's license and good driving record.
• 3–5 years’ service advisor experience preferred.
• Mazda brand experience highly preferred.
• Management experience is an asset.
• Professional, friendly and customer oriented with strong CSI and selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recommend and document service maintenance and repairs for customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Deliver personalized service that reflects dealership standards.
• Collaborate with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders and update databases with order details.
• Provide service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
• Road test customer vehicles to assess concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards.
• Strive to meet repair order production targets.
• Perform other service-related duties as required by management.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers.

• Preparing repair orders, updating databases with relevant details of orders, and closing orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
  
• Providing service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
  
• Performing road tests of customer vehicles to assess customer concerns
  
• Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers' standards.
  
• Striving to meet the department's repair order production standards.
  
• Perform other Service related duties as required by management
  

What you need to succeed:

• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  
• 3-5 years of service advisor experience preferred.
  
• Mazda brand experience is highly preferred.
  
• Management experience is an asset.
  
• Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities.
  
• Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to our loyal customers.
  
• Strong computer skills.
  
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  
• May be required to work on Saturdays.
  
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual salary): $50,000 - $90,000 per year. The starting salary will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
