Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners in Vaughan, Ontario onsite at the dealership, is seeking a showroom support associate to greet customers, maintain the showroom, and assist with vehicle displays and logistics. You will ensure cleanliness, rotate displays, inspect incoming vehicles, and report issues to the Sales Manager while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Minimum automotive experience preferred. Compensation: $17.95/hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in automotive field is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and ensures optimum customer service.
• Keeps showroom cars clean and coordinates showroom as required.
• Rotates showroom and display cars weekly or as required.
• Inspects delivery vehicles for quality and approves them.
• Delivers/picks up documents from the License Bureau as required.
• Checks in new vehicles and notes damages on the Bill of Lading.
• Reports defects or damages to Sales Manager immediately.
• Maintains parking and general housekeeping on the lot and showroom.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Greets customers ensuring optimum customer service.
• Ensures showroom cars are cleaned daily and assists with coordinating showroom as required.
• Ensures showroom and display cars are rotated weekly or as required.
• Ensures delivery vehicles are quality control inspected and acceptable.
• Delivers and/or picks up documents from License Bureau as required.
• Checks in new vehicles when they arrive by transport and notes any damages on Bill of Lading.
• Reports all defects and/or damages to Sales Manager immediately.
• Ensures adequate customer parking spaces are available on the lot.
• Responsible to maintain the general housekeeping of the lot, showroom and showroom washrooms on a continuous basis and to Pfaff standards.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years experience in automotive field is an asset.
• Acceptable driver’s abstract and a valid driver’s license in your province of residence.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Compensation: $17.95/hour
