Job summary

Leggat Discovery Ford in Canada seeks an Appointment Coordinator to manage service appointments and support the service team. You will make outbound calls to maximize available hours and maintain CRM data accuracy, while following marketing initiatives and ensuring customer mobility needs are met.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a call center environment.
• Outgoing personality and genuine desire to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently, punctual and reliable.
• Excellent sales approach and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to learn multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Book service appointments that maximize each department's available hours.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers for appointment configuration and follow-ups.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly goals and knowledge of marketing initiatives.
• Ensure mobility needs for service customers are met within guidelines.
• Input client data and update activities in CRM.
