Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years related dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers (inbound and outbound).
• Schedule service and maintenance retention appointments.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and web leads.
• Use dealership templates to communicate with clients by email and phone.
• Follow call scripts for inbound and outbound service calls.
• Update appointment information in the CRM and appointment log.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by the Service Manager.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager about customer issues or problems.
• Support outbound campaigns as assigned by the Service Manager.
