Job summary

AutoCanada's ACX 8th Street dealership in Saskatoon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support loyalty appointments and manage lease finance and cash portfolios. You will help create estimates, schedule repairs, and handle intake photos and work orders to keep customers informed.

Ideal candidates have a college diploma or two years of relevant experience, experience in an automotive BDC environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook, Mitchell Connect and Audatex.

Qualifications

• College diploma or two years' relevant experience.
• Experience in an automotive BDC environment is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook, Mitchell Connect and Audatex.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience working within a body shop or auto claims.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create preliminary estimates and submit warranty claims for dealership approval.
• Assist with scheduling customer's vehicles in for repair and collect payment upon delivery.
• Check in collision vehicles by taking intake photos and creating a work order.
• Support customer calls pertaining to repair status, insurance details and car rental inquiries.
• Proactively educate customers on the insurance and repair process to enhance the customer experience.
• Update customer information in the management system as required.
• Provide continuous repair updates to customers during the repair process.
• Assist with resolving customer issues as they arise in a professional and timely manner.
