PAG Direct is hiring a Service Appointment Coordinator / Business Development Representative - Service for Thornhill Hyundai in Richmond Hill, Ontario. This 3-month contract role is office-based and involves handling all inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, email and text to deliver top-tier customer service.

You will schedule customer appointments, enter data into our dealership software, build relationships to grow service and parts revenues, and support product development ideas.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of service experience with a track record.
• 2 years in outbound call center, telemarketing, or using digital solutions.
• Experience in automotive service/parts is an asset.
• Ability to prioritize and respond quickly to customer requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; timely follow‑through.
• Language skills such as Farsi, Hindi, Cantonese/Mandarin or Russian are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Service Appointment Coordinator team plays a critical role in growing the business at PAG Direct.

• Handling of all inbound and outbound communication from customers inquiries though phone, email and text providing the highest degree of customer service experience.
• Coordination of customers appointments to fit both the needs of the customers as well as the needs of the dealership.
• Data Management – Accurately review and enter all customers’ appointments, inquiries and/or concerns into the dealership’s software ecosystem.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to increase revenues for the services and parts departments.
• Pre-sale of certain dealership services in which additional compensation will be provided.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of service experience with a proven track record – show us what you’ve accomplished
• At least 2 years’ experience in either an outbound call centre, telemarketing, or working with software and/or digital solutions
• Experience working in automotive industry, specifically service and parts processes, systems & internal operations is an asset
• Ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests
• Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
• Timely follow-through, consistency and a getting things done attitude
• Farsi, Hindu, Cantonese/Mandarin, Russian would be an asset

Work Schedule:

This is an in-office role and you will be required to work 5 days a week out of our Thornhill Hyundai dealership (7200 Yonge Street) for all scheduled shifts.

Shifts are scheduled as 8-hours (not including lunch) during the week between the following operating hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30AM to 9PM
• Saturday: 8AM to 4PM
• Sunday: 8AM to 4PM

Compensation:

• $36,000 to $65,000 annually
