Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creating work orders, arranging bookings, and communicating with technicians
  • Providing service quotes, obtaining customer authorization, finalizing sales, and following up with customers
  • Proactively calling customers to gauge their satisfaction with our services
  • Recommending tire services, wheel and mechanical services to customers
  • Ensuring accurate billing and processing all necessary information in our computer system
  • Keeping promotional materials updated in the showroom
  • Participating in safety initiatives to ensure safety for customers and staff, on the road, site, or field
  • Completing assigned e-learning and safety courses, adhering to standards and policies outlined in learning modules
  • Assisting with inventory management through documentation and annual counts

What does it take to succeed?

  • Experience in the automotive repair or tire industry
  • Effective listening skills to identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
  • Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract
  • Availability for split days off and Saturday shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • A team player who takes pride in their work
