Mayfield Ford Lincoln in Brampton is seeking a Service Advisor to join The Humberview Group. You will be the first point of contact for customers, advise on required services, and document concerns with precision.

You will book appointments, manage repair timelines, and coordinate the service workflow to maximize customer satisfaction. Candidates should have customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of CDK; Ford-brand experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Experience with CDK is an asset.
• Experience with Ford brand would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs with vehicle walk-arounds.
• Provide recommendations on repairs and maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage repair estimate timelines, shop loading, and service scheduling.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments while maintaining workflow.
• Advise customers on car care and the value of regular maintenance.
• Address inquiries and ensure professional, courteous service.
