Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor for Honda of Thornhill in Thornhill, ON. You will be the link between customers and technicians, scheduling service, drafting estimates, and communicating timelines.

The ideal candidate has automotive service experience, 1-2 years as a Service Advisor, proficiency with CDK software, and strong customer service and numerical skills. An Ontario driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service experience required.
• 1-2 years of Service Advisor experience is an asset.
• Experience with CDK dealership software preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Create, manage, and maintain accurate repair orders.
• Clearly explain recommended services, maintenance requirements, and associated costs.
• Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle status and repair timelines.
• Prepare estimates and review invoices with customers.
• Process customer payments and maintain service documentation.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate completion of repairs.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Support the Service Manager and department goals to ensure a positive customer experience.
