Job summary

Woodbridge Hyundai is hiring a Junior Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through the repair process. You will handle inquiries, schedule service, and assist in creating work orders and invoices.

Experience as a Service Advisor (1-2 years) and CDK familiarity are assets. A valid driver’s license and numbers aptitude are required to thrive in this role at Pfaff Automotive Partners.

Qualifications

• Hyundai experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Aptitude for numbers is expected.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers in-person and by phone with service needs and inquiries.
• Schedules service appointments and collects vehicle data.
• Opens and closes work orders for new customers and service jobs.
• Invoices work orders and processes payments; submits receipts.
• Provides quotes for service and communicates vehicle status to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
