Job summary

Woodbine Nissan in Toronto is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage customer interactions and coordinate with technicians, with availability in evenings and weekends.

We aim to provide a welcoming, educated, and trustworthy experience, offering services based on technician assessments. The position includes booking appointments, preparing work orders, and communicating clearly with guests about repairs and charges.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge is a bonus.
• Dealership CRM experience is a major asset, PBS experience preferred.
• Typing skills.
• Previous Nissan experience would be an asset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.

Woodbine Nissan is looking for a Service Advisor. This position is an important part of the service team within the dealership and requires a committed, detail-oriented individual. Must be available on evenings and weekends.

We’re a full-service center looking for someone able to provide an excellent experience for our guests. Someone who creates a welcoming, educated, and trustworthy experience for people to want to make us their shop of choice.

Our philosophy is to treat people like family. We would not recommend someone to do something that we would do on our own vehicle. Recommending and selling services based on what our technicians' assessment is, not strictly off a maintenance menu.
