Go Nissan South is seeking a Part-Time Service Appointment Coordinator to help deliver a great experience for our service guests. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Monday, approximately 26 hours per week.

This role involves appointment coordination, guest experience, recalls/warranty information, payments, and coordination with parts. Prior dealership or service advisor experience is a plus; strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership, service appointment coordination, or service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Appointment Coordination: Schedule service appointments, confirm bookings, and keep guests informed of updates.
• Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and help make each service visit smooth and welcoming.
• Saturday Internal Advisor Support: Assist with internal service advisor duties and coordinate internal vehicle service work.
• Recalls and Warranty: Check for outstanding recalls and discuss manufacturer warranty coverage.
• Communication: Respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Service Preparation: Coordinate with parts to ensure appointments run smoothly.
• Payment Processing: Collect and process payments following dealership procedures.
• Guest Follow-Up: Follow up with guests within 24 hours to gather feedback.

Are you organized, customer-focused, and comfortable keeping things moving in a busy environment? Go Nissan South is looking for a Part-Time Service Appointment Coordinator to help deliver a great experience for our service guests.

This position works Friday, Saturday, and Monday, approximately 26 hours weekly. You will also assist with internal service advisor duties on Saturdays, making previous dealership or automotive service experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Appointment Coordination: Schedule service appointments, confirm bookings, and keep guests informed of updates.
• Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and help make each service visit smooth and welcoming.
• Saturday Internal Advisor Support: Assist with internal service advisor duties, including coordinating internal vehicle service work and communicating updates with the service team.
• Recalls and Warranty: Check for outstanding recalls, provide information on manufacturer warranty coverage, and discuss alternate transportation options.
• Communication: Respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Service Preparation: Coordinate with the parts department to help ensure scheduled appointments run smoothly.
• Payment Processing: Collect and process payments accurately, following dealership procedures.
• Guest Follow-Up: Follow up with guests within 24 hours to gather feedback and discuss service surveys.
