Ile-Perrot Toyota, part of Groupe Autoforce, seeks a Service Advisor / Technical Advisor to greet clients, open work orders, and determine repair needs. You will advise on maintenance and safety, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a service/technical advisor or in a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting priorities and deadlines.
• Good mechanical knowledge and strong sales/customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and team spirit, bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department clients and open/close work orders.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet service department clients
• Open and close work orders
• Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
• Advise clients on maintenance, inspection, and safety services
• Follow up with clients regarding the progress and completion of work on their vehicle
• Collaborate with internal departments as well as external suppliers
• Create and maintain excellent client relationships while providing an exceptional customer experience

Profile / Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a service / technical advisor or in a similar role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines
• General mechanical knowledge
• Excellent skills in sales, organization, and customer service
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards
• Ability to communicate in French and English (to serve our English-speaking clients)
• Knowledge of Serti and SDS software (a strong asset)
