Job summary

Ile-Perrot Toyota, part of Groupe AutoForce, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries. You will ensure vehicles meet all requirements and provide a comprehensive presentation to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day’s vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure that each vehicle is ready for delivery.
• Provide a complete vehicle presentation to customers.
• Complete and obtain signatures on required documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
• Install license plates on vehicles.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day’s vehicle deliveries
• Ensure that each vehicle is ready and meets all requirements for delivery
• Provide a complete vehicle presentation, including features, technology, options and specifications
• Complete and obtain signatures on all required transaction documentation
• Ensure that the customer is fully satisfied with their vehicle and overall experience, and address any dissatisfaction in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Install license plates on vehicles
• Introduce the customer to the Service Department

Profile and Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in both French and English (in order to serve our English-speaking customers)
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to adapt to customers’ needs
