Job summary

Superior Hyundai in Northwestern Ontario is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor who will build lasting customer relationships, guide clients through maintenance and repairs, and contribute to a friendly, high-performing service team.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services, assist with warranty questions, and support day-to-day operations, with performance KPIs guiding earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our service department—building trust and lasting relationships with every customer
• Guide clients through vehicle maintenance and repair needs with confidence and professionalism
• Proactively handle inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions and service updates
• Recommend, explain, and sell services to customers with a consultative approach
• Assist with warranty-related questions and ensure smooth claim handling
• Perform cashier duties when needed and support day-to-day service operations
• Track and monitor your performance through KPIs to maximize results and income
