Job summary

Grande Prairie Hyundai, part of the AutoCanada network, seeks a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage repair estimates. You will welcome customers, discuss needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely resolutions.

This full-time role requires dealership experience and automotive knowledge, with opportunities to grow, engage with technology, and contribute to a fast-paced team in Grande Prairie, AB.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years dealership experience as a Service Advisor.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge.

• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed.
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

Your area of focus.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We're looking for a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day-to-day?

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $40,000 – $70,000 Salary. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's bonus program for this role, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
