Premier Truck Group in Mississauga is seeking a Service Advisor to provide top-notch service to customers in the trucking industry. The role involves greeting customers, managing appointments, and handling inquiries, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, whether on the phone or in person.
• Set appointments, answer calls, and handle all inquiries.
• Physically walk the unit with the customer to complete the Walk Around Sheet.
• Review the walk-around with the customer and obtain their approval.
• Verify and print any warranty or recall information for the customer’s vehicle.
• Verify customer contact information and method of payment.
• Complete and sign the Work Order.
• Check history and attach it to the work order.
• Attach all functional sheets to the work order.
• Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment.

Education

Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, whether on the phone or in person.
• Set appointments, answer calls, and handle all inquiries.
• Physically walk the unit with the customer to complete the “Walk Around Sheet” (including last 8 digits of VIN, mileage, window tag, and steering wheel tag).
• Review the walk‑around with the customer and obtain their approval.
• Verify and print any warranty or recall information for the customer’s vehicle.
• Verify customer contact information and method of payment, including credit authorization.
• Complete and sign the Work Order.
• Check history and attach it to the work order.
• Attach all functional sheets to the work order, including Come Backs (Red) and Quality Control (Yellow).
• Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment.

Service Advisor Requirements

• High school diploma and/or GED required.
• Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
