Job summary

Premier Truck Group in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, set appointments and manage inquiries, both by phone and in person. You will walk customers through the vehicle walk-around, verify warranties, print documents, and prepare work orders.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a blend of education or experience, and offers hourly pay between $21 and $24. PTG provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and paid

• A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
• Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
• $21-$24 hourly wage is stated.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers whether on the phone or in person.
• Set appointments and respond to calls and inquiries.
• Walk around the vehicle with the customer to complete the Walk Around Sheet.
• Verify and print warranty or recall information for customers.
• Verify contact information and payment method including credit authorization.
• Complete and sign Work Orders and attach relevant documents.
• Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Greet all customers whether on the phone or in person.
• Responsible for setting appointments answering calls and all inquiries
• Physically walk the unit with the customer to complete "Walk Around Sheet" (including last 8 of VIN, mileage, window tag, steering wheel tag)
• Review walk around with customer and have them approve
• Verify and print any warranty or recalls for customers vehicle
• Verify customer contact information and method of payment including credit authorization.
• Complete and sign Work Order
• Check history attach to work order
• Be sure to attach all functional sheets to work order inclusive Come Backs(Red), Quality Control(yellow)
• Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment.
