Premier Truck Group in Steinbach, Manitoba is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule appointments and process service inquiries. You will verify warranties, collect payment details and sign work orders, ensuring accurate history and documentation. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a focus on customer service.

• Set appointments and answer all inquiries.
• Walk around the unit with the customer to complete “Walk Around Sheet” (including last 8 of VIN, mileage, window tag, steering wheel tag).
• Review walk around with customer and have them approve.
• Verify and print any warranty or recalls for customers vehicle.
• Verify customer contact information and method of payment including credit authorization.
• Complete and sign Work Order.
• Check history attach to work order.
• Be sure to attach all functional sheets to work order inclusive Come Backs(Red), Quality Control(yellow).
• Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment.
