Job summary

Grande Prairie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who excels at delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will manage service appointments, discuss customer needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and accurate estimates.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of dealership service advisory experience, automotive knowledge, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with CDK is a plus, and the role is based in Grande Prairie, AB.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs.

Your area of focus.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We're looking for a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed.
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $30 – $50 Commission — Base/Hourly (Draw). This position is primarily commission-based and the expected compensation range reflects potential earnings based on historical performance and market conditions. Actual earnings will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, and other factors. No minimum or guaranteed level compensation is provided.
