Job summary

Guelph Toyota in Ontario is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team of customer‑focused professionals. You will act as the liaison between customers and our technicians, recommend required service and repairs, and handle scheduled maintenance requests.

The Advisor helps ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concern on the repair order and reviewing the work order with the customer at delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Service Advisor acts as liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication.
• Recommends required services and repairs based on customer needs and vehicle history.
• Handles scheduled maintenance requests and coordinates timing with customers and service bays.
• Upsells additional services when appropriate to enhance vehicle safety and performance.
• Documents customer concerns on repair orders to support accurate workmanship.
• Reviews completed work orders with customers upon vehicle delivery.
