Job summary

Peace River Chrysler is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy dealership service team in Peace River. The role requires OEM dealership experience, the ability to manage a busy service lane, and delivering a strong customer experience.

You will greet customers, open and close repair orders, explain repairs clearly, and work with technicians and leadership to keep customers updated. This is not entry-level and offers a strong earning opportunity with no evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience in an OEM dealership.
• Strong understanding of repair orders, service workflow, and customer follow-up.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer satisfaction results.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• A second language is an asset, but not required.

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy dealership service team in Peace River Chrysler. This is a great fit for someone who knows the dealership service environment, understands how to build trust with customers, and can keep repair orders moving while delivering a strong customer experience.

This is not an entry-level service role. We’re looking for someone with previous OEM dealership experience who can step in, manage a busy service lane, and contribute to both customer satisfaction and department performance.
