Steele Hyundai, part of Steele Auto Group, seeks a Service Advisor to connect customers with our service team and ensure smooth, transparent visits. You will greet customers, explain services, and keep them informed throughout repairs.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences. A supportive, energetic team awaits at our Halifax location.

• Experience in customer service; automotive experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and learning about their vehicle concerns and needs.
• Reviewing warranty and service coverage, and explaining it clearly.
• Preparing accurate estimates for parts, labour, and recommended services.
• Creating detailed repair orders that set the shop up for success.
• Keeping customers informed with timely updates and transparent communication.
• Maintaining organized and accurate service documentation.
• Staying current with Hyundai programs, systems, and ongoing training.
• Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, high-performing environment.

Steele Hyundaiis looking for someone who brings a passion for helping people and a knack for problem solving to the role of Service Advisor. In this position, you are the connection between our customers and our service team, helping ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and positive. From greeting customers and explaining recommended services to keeping them informed throughout the repair process, you play a key role in delivering the level of care and trust our customers expect. Hourly Wage Range: $21.40 to $25.70, plus performance bonus

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Welcoming customers and learning about their vehicle concerns and needs
