Bridgewater Volkswagen in Nova Scotia, part of Steele Auto Group, seeks a Service Advisor to welcome clients and guide them through the service experience with clarity and care.

You will confirm coverage, prepare estimates, create repair orders, and keep clients informed with accurate updates and timelines. This role includes a salary of 21.40–25.70 CAD per hour plus a performance bonus and a comprehensive rewards package.

• Experience in a dealership is great, but a positive attitude is welcome.

• Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with service standards.
• Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.
