Job summary

Steele Mitsubishi in Halifax is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team and support the service experience by guiding customers on parts, availability, pricing, and installation. You will coordinate orders, assist the service team, and ensure accurate parts processing with excellent service.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced automotive environment, with opportunities to grow within Steele Auto Group.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers, answering questions and guiding them on parts and options.
• Order and track parts for clients with ongoing vehicle repairs in a timely manner.
• Communicate and work as a team with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done.
• Accurately process parts orders.
• Conduct regular inventory counts/checks.
• Continue to ensure collaboration with suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships.

As a Parts Advisor at Steele Mitsubishi, you will be an essential part of our service experience, ensuring every vehicle is equipped with the right components and every client receives the expert guidance they deserve. You will greet customers with professionalism, assist with parts inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information on availability, pricing, and installation. From sourcing the right parts to coordinating orders and supporting the service team, you will help keep both vehicles and client relationships running seamlessly. Hourly Wage Range: $19.20 - $22.05

What You Will Do:
