Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service and parts needs for Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side‑by‑side, and power equipment
• Create repair orders, prepare estimates, and explain recommended services and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance
• Order, receive, and manage parts while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process and provide exceptional customer support
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and support the overall success of the Parts & Service Department
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset but not required
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
• Fluency with Microsoft Office software
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail
