Volkswagen Moncton is seeking a bilingual Service Advisor to deliver a great customer experience and represent the Volkswagen brand.

The ideal candidate will be polite, friendly, and capable of building relationships, with a focus on value-added services through sales. The role features an hourly wage plus commission/bonus and long-term career growth.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French is a requirement.
• Good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer.
• Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services.
• Schedule service work in the service department.
• Explain the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

The Service Advisor's role is to provide our customers with a great experience.

This role pays a combination of an hourly wage and commission/bonus.

Responsibilities

• Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer
