Job summary

Volkswagen Moncton is seeking a bilingual Service Advisor to provide excellent customer experiences and build lasting relationships. The role combines hourly pay with commission/bonus and requires fluency in English and French.

The ideal candidate will discuss vehicle services with customers, gather information from technicians, and schedule work in the service department. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Bilingual English and French is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract

Responsibilities

• Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer
• Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services
• Schedule service work in the service department
• Explain the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary
