Job summary

Autism Services is seeking a Service Advisor for Heavy Duty Truck & Transport to document repair concerns, schedule service, and coordinate shop workflow. You will prepare estimates, obtain approvals, and manage repair orders from start to finish while communicating progress to customers.

You will work with technicians to prioritize work, source parts when needed, and ensure timely completion. A professional front office and customer service focus are essential.
