Job summary

Autism Services is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers and to bridge communication between clients and technicians. You will manage vehicle flow, clearly convey repair needs, and ensure every customer leaves confident in the work performed.

You will provide upfront estimates, explain services in plain language, and coordinate scheduling to keep the shop efficient. A positive attitude and valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar customer-facing automotive role preferred.
• Strong communication skills & positive attitude.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Experience with shop management software is an asset (we use Protractor).
• A valid driver's license in good standing.

• Provide accurate, upfront estimates for repairs and maintenance.

About the Role
