Germain Hotels in Quebec (onsite) is seeking a Server to deliver attentive F&B service and greet guests as family. You will understand the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks, while maintaining a clean, well-organized work area.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment. On-site position with growth opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant service is an asset.

Does listening to and advising others come naturally to you? We're looking for a Server who really enjoys taking care of people. This energetic person offers attentive service and knows how to greet a guest as if he or she were a member of the family, making them feel truly welcome.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be on the lookout for guests' needs to offer them a unique experience: know and understand the menu so you can inform them or make recommendations.
• Help set up, open and close the bar and catering area.
• Take orders and serve all food and beverages.
• Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge guests throughout the service.
