Job summary

Keyera Corp. is seeking a Senior HRMS Analyst – Workday to deliver functional expertise to the Human Resources group.

Based in Calgary (or Edmonton), you will lead projects, support production activities, and partner with Workday consultants to implement modules such as HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Payroll. You will mentor junior analysts, translate IT language into business terms, and ensure processes are well documented and auditable.

Qualifications

• Formal education in HR or IT; Workday certifications are assets.
• 6-8+ years of advanced Workday functional experience across modules.
• Ability to document processes and translate IT language for business.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and support on Projects and Production for Workday.
• Support modules including HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, CAN Payroll, Talent, Succession, Recruitment, Onboarding.
• Lead projects with Workday partners; assist with changes, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate releases, assess impact on IT systems, and mentor teammates.
