Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant in Calgary, Alberta. You will lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday projects, and drive organizational changes such as new legal entities and unions.

You will partner with HRIS, HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital, and business leaders to improve processes, data integrity, and user experience while supporting ongoing optimization. This is a remote-capable role within Canada.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Workday functional experience across modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Security).
• Proven experience leading Workday projects and configurations from requirements to deployment.
• Experience supporting organizational changes (legal entities, acquisitions, restructures, unions).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday-related projects.
• Configure and support organizational changes (new legal entities, union setup, restructures, security updates, business processes).
• Partner with HRIS, HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital, and business leaders to ensure stability, data integrity, and streamlined processes.
