Ledcor Group in Canada is seeking a Manager, HR Technology to lead the operational delivery of HR technologies, focusing on the Workday platform. You will oversee configuration, business process optimization, and align HR service delivery with Ledcor's goals.
You will partner with HR COEs, IS, Finance, Labour Relations, and external vendors to ensure governance, data integrity, and value across HR systems, including Workday and connected platforms.
As the Manager, HR Technology you will lead the operational delivery of HR technologies with an emphasis on the Workday platform.
This role is accountable for configuration, and business process optimization in support of HR’s service delivery to Ledcor.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Technology & Project Delivery, this role partners with Human Resources Communities of Expertise, Business HR and Labour Relations, Business & Employee Services, Information Systems, and Operations teams to ensure alignment, support key initiatives, and provide effective stewardship of these important investments.
