SOTI Inc seeks a skilled Workday specialist to join our HRIT team in Mississauga. You will configure and implement Workday modules across HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Finance and Performance, delivering end-to-end solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR and IT, managing upgrades, and building dashboards to inform decision making, while maintaining data security and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Workday support and configuration.
• Experience with Security, Reporting, Recruiting, Time Off/Absence and Performance reviews.
• Finance and/or Payroll experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for change management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday changes in HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Finance and Performance.
• Assess impact of changes on business processes and integrations.
• Lead complex Workday projects end to end with level 3 tickets.
• Ensure solutions align with functional visions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to improve workflow efficiency.
• Design dashboards and provide functional expertise to teams.
