Capgemini Engineering in Toronto invites an experienced Project Manager to lead utility capital projects, supporting grid modernization and asset renewal. The role combines project delivery, governance, and business development to strengthen client relationships and drive opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management, PMP preferred, and a strong track record with cross-functional teams in capital programs within utilities or engineering services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project and program management experience.
• 5+ years delivering capital projects in electric utility, energy, infrastructure, or engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility capital projects and programs.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, construction, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop governance, reporting structures and performance tracking.
