Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Toronto is seeking a client-focused Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility capital programs, supporting growth and client relationships. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and vendors.

Responsibilities include governance, dashboards, RAID, and portfolio support, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and business development within the utility sector.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and program management experience.
• 5+ years delivering capital projects within electric utility, energy, infrastructure, or engineering services.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing relationship skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility capital projects and programs.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, construction teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Establish project governance, reporting structures, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Support capital planning, forecasting, CWIP, and project prioritization activities.
