Reporting to the Director, Capital Projects, the Senior Manager, Capital Projects – East is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of capital projects within the annual work program including safety management, people management, performance management, adherence to standards and quality, budget and schedule attainment, and resourcing.
This role oversees a portfolio of high-volume, complex renewal projects, while being accountable for establishing scalable project delivery frameworks, managing budgets and reporting, coordinating engineering and construction activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing contractor oversight and delivery methods through process redesign, automation, and operational excellence.

This position is based in a hybrid environment allowing for remote work two days per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come onsite Tuesday to Thursday. You are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
