Job summary

Metergy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Operations to plan, execute and finalize maintenance and submetering projects across GTA. You will manage resources, approvals, procurement and communications with external teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a technical background, strong problem-solving and customer service skills, and willingness to travel between properties in the GTA. Hybrid in-office and field work is expected.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma from a recognized university/college.
• 4-5+ years of related experience in the maintenance and/or metering field.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude that positively affect customer relationships.
• Must be able to travel to properties within GTA and possess a valid Ontario driver’s license.
• Position will be a split of in-office and in-field work.

Responsibilities

• Review ticket requests and prepare work instructions for contractors, technicians and coordinators.
• Troubleshoot meter deficiencies locally and remotely.
• Provide technical analysis of drawings and electrical/mechanical systems to support contractors and staff.
• Continual improvements to evolve operations with market changes and growth plans.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, time management and problem-solving in support of projects.
