Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Vancouver team, driving complex utility and energy projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across all phases of a broad portfolio of infrastructure work.

You will work in a flexible hybrid environment, collaborating with engineers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver exceptional results and value for our clients and communities in Canada.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with major energy projects.
• Excellent knowledge of safety standards and OSH regulations.
• Strong English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Plan, lead, and monitor project activities to align with benefits, resources, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain key project documentation (plans, risk registers, reports) to support execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage all phases of delivery across scheduling, cost control, quality, change management, engineering, procurement, construction, and safety.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams through clear communication.
