Job summary
PureLogic IT Solutions is seeking a Technical Services Manager to be the primary technical resource for implementations and to drive the technical evaluation stage of the sales process. You will articulate technology positioning to business and technical users and manage a team delivering storage, networking, and compute solutions.
The role requires deep technical expertise, project management, and the ability to maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- College or University diploma in computer-specific coursework or equivalent experience.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Estimate cost and hours for various technology implementations.
- Project manage manufacturer lead or third-party services.
- Install and maintain storage, networking and compute solutions.
- Architect solutions and collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams.
- Identify resale opportunities to achieve sales plans.
