Job summary

FCT is seeking an Analyst, Cloud Platform and Services to provide expert guidance to leadership and technical teams. You’ll help shape IT strategy, ensure robust infrastructure, and communicate status and improvements clearly across the organization.

You bring 10+ years of IT experience, deep knowledge of Azure and AWS, scripting in PowerShell, Terraform and Bash, and a track record of delivering reliable cloud services. Join a collaborative, diverse team focused on excellence and impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT knowledge with 10+ years of practical experience.
• Strong cloud platform experience (Azure and AWS).
• Proficient in scripting: PowerShell, Terraform, Bash.
• Familiar with cloud monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Knowledge of security best practices and IAM.
• Experience with Windows technologies and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of technologies and systems, resolving problems and communicating solutions.
• Stay current on IT issues and relevant product initiatives.
• Research tools to evaluate usefulness for departmental needs.
• Provide technically accurate end-user guidance within guidelines.
• Contribute to IT Services projects to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure delivery and availability of infrastructure in support of initiatives.
• Participate as a 3rd level SME to resolve system problems and maximize uptime.
• Review and improve the overall hardware/software environment.
