BDO Canada seeks a Team Lead, Cloud Services to lead and grow our Cloud Services practice. You will work with the Cloud practice leader, partners, and account teams to drive new cloud business, develop offerings, and manage client relationships.

You will also supervise the cloud analyst team to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance across engagements. The role emphasizes revenue growth, pre-sales leadership, and operational excellence with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud solutions and CSP

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a cloud services, sales, operations or support team.

Responsabilités

• Grow revenue and profitability; lead team to close new business and renewals.
• Lead pre-sales activities: client presentations, cloud proposals and pricing models.
• Oversee cloud engagements against budget, timeline and scope; resolve client concerns.
• Manage day-to-day cloud operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Mentor and coach team; recruit and develop talent aligned with company values.
