Charger Logistics seeks a Cloud System Analyst to provide first-line support for our cloud computing infrastructure and assist in implementing and configuring cloud-based systems. You will monitor performance, collaborate with senior IT staff, and respond to user inquiries.

The role requires understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform, along with strong communication skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, or related internship experience.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Familiar with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for cloud infrastructure issues and incident management.
• Assist in implementing and configuring cloud-based systems; ensure integration with IT.
• Monitor cloud performance and propose optimizations for efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex cloud-related problems.
• Respond to user inquiries and document troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain records of issues, solutions, and updates.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies and security improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams on new cloud projects.
• Assist in maintenance and administration of platforms for stability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support.
