Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support Enterprise customers, bridging technical guidance with business outcomes. You will work across Compute, Storage, Database, and more to optimize customer journeys and ensure operational health.

The TAM serves as the principal technical advisor, communicating with senior leadership, driving incidents management, and aligning risk with customer priorities. Travel up to 10% or more is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Help craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed and act as the voice of the customer to executives.
