Kinaxis is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead strategic customer engagements from Ottawa or hybrid locations. You will become the trusted technical advisor, shaping solution architecture and providing leadership across cross-functional teams to maximize value and outcomes.

This role emphasizes deep product expertise, proactive health management, and driving adoption while collaborating with Customer Success, Product Management, Support, and Cloud Operations in a global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and extensive technical experience.
• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM or similar.
• 3+ years of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro experience and enterprise SaaS know-how.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Develop deep expertise in customer environments, processes, and solution architecture.
• Lead technical reviews to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
• Investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems.
• Recommend and implement improvements, owning customer production environments.
