Job summary

FLINT Corp. in Canada seeks a Talent Development Program Specialist who will drive enterprise-wide training initiatives. You will collaborate with HR, management, and staff to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that build leadership capability and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Training, you will manage the LMS, create training materials, track participation, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or related HR fields.
• Industrial, construction, energy, maintenance, or project-based environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional techniques.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office; experience coordinating enterprise-wide learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training and development programs (leadership, supervisor, onboarding, workforce development).
• Manage learning systems and resources (LMS, e-learning content, training materials, budget, administration).
• Support competency development through skill-gap identification and development pathways.
• Coordinate talent development initiatives (talent reviews, succession planning, career programs).
• Support performance management through education, system training, and coaching.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives (DEI programs, ERGs, recognition programs, internal communications).
