Job summary

Insight Global in Toronto is seeking a seasoned recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for corporate and home office roles. You will partner with hiring managers, post openings, and actively source candidates, handling 3–4 roles concurrently while supporting field managers with hiring needs.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, strong high-volume sourcing, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now ATS.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and home office positions from intake to selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, post jobs and identify candidates.
• Manage approximately 3–4 active roles at a time, supporting field managers with hiring needs.
• Conduct high-volume sourcing and outreach, aiming to contact ~20 candidates per day.
• Coordinate job postings and drive recruitment processes forward for field managers.
• Oversee candidates through the interview process with timely communication and follow-up.
